Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please contact customer service at email@example.com within 7 days after you receive your shipment. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
If you refuse a package and it is returned to us you are liable for the shipping charges both out to you and back to us. If the package is received damaged we will not issues a credit we will file a damage claim and you will have to wait for the claim to be approved to be reimbursed.
All sales become final after 30 days of receipt.

- 1. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.

- 3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products. with the return gods authorization number.

- 5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)
